You may use your own delivery company.

 

Pickup Policy

CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE VALID PICTURE ID VIA EMAIL, TEXT ETC. AT TIME OF ORDER AS WELL AS TIME OF PICKUP FOR SECURITY REASONS, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NO RELEASE OF MERCHANDISE.

Here are a few notes to help you better understand our pickup policy:

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to pickup.
  • We will call you as soon as the merchandise is available for pickup.
  • Pickup is by "APPOINTMENT ONLY" available Monday through Friday from 10:00am till 4:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am till 2:00pm.
  • Please call at least 2 hours prior to pickup to allow us to prepare your order and dock bay.
  • You are responsible for inspecting the merchandise prior to loading it into your vehicle.
  • We are NOT responsible for any damage caused after the merchandise leaves the warehouse.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • Returns are NOT accepted
  • Exchanges will NOT be permitted
