Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy

When your merchandise is available, we will call you to set up a convenient delivery date. All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery. TCS will contact you via phone and/or email as soon as the merchandise is available and set a delivery date convenient for you. Should inclement weather arise which is determined to possibly cause harm the furniture, TCS reserves the right to cancel any delivery to protect a customers product and reschedule to the next avaialble date. TCS is not responsible for rearranging any existing pieces which may impede delivery, the customer must ensure the desired location is free from any obstructions. TCS is not responsible for removal/disposal of old furniture. Someone 18 years of age or older must be home to accept delivery with a valid ID If scheduling conflicts arise, please call or text TCS at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. All sales are final. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PICKED UP FROM THE WAREHOUSE AND OUT FOR DELIVERY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER...TCS WILL GIVE NO REFUNDS...

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted

The Comfort Spot Furniture offers third party delivery to your home. Additional charges apply, if you would like to have the third party driver set up and take any trash. Upon scheduling of your furniture for delivery, an associate from TCSF will provide a window time for delivery upon verification of in stock merchandise. TCSF is not responsible for anything in reference to the third party delivery co. ie. set-up, assembly etc., if any problems shall occur during delivery, set-up, etc. they are to be addressed directly to the delivery company NOT TSCF.

TCSF is not responsible for any actions or damages to property by the third party delivery company, the delivery company does NOT work for TCSF. 

Pickup Policy

TCS will contact the customer as soon as the merchandise is available for pickup. Here are a few notes help you better understand our pickup policy:

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to pickup.
  • We will call you as soon as the merchandise is available for pickup.
  • Pickup is by appointment only available Monday through Friday from 10:00am till 4:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am till 2:00pm.
  • Please call at least 2 hours prior to pickup to allow us to prepare your order and dock bay.
  • You are responsible for inspecting the merchandise prior to loading it into your vehicle.
  • TCS is not responsible for any damage caused after the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
  • You must have a valid ID before your order will be released.
  • All sales are final.
  • Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  • Exchanges will not be permitted


Returns & Refunds

TCS shall consider exchanges (no returns) within 24 hours of the customers receipt of any new and unopened products. While all exchanges (no returns) are considered on a case by case basis, TCS does reserve the right to refuse at it's discretion. All products are displayed as true to color as possible and with as much description available and as such suggest each customer verify dimensions of both the desired room and door frames to allow movement to said room. All exchange requests must be submitted on our RMA form (call for details) within 24 hours of receipt. All exchanges should include the item in its original packaging and condition. Any and all exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. TCS reserves the right to refuse the exchange and refund of any item exchange without original packaging or exchanged with damage not noted at the time of delivery.

Should a customer note damage at the time of delivery the customer may refuse delivery or accept the furniture as is. If refused, TCS will send the damaged product back to the manufacturer and deliver a new item in good condition once available. If accepted, TCS is not responsible to replace or repair the product and no warranty requests shall be valid for consideration. Any request for cancellation prior to delivery will be promptly refunded. However, upon receipt and opening of said merchandise, all sales are considered closed and we will not make any refunds. TCS is not responsible for damages caused by third party assembly... All SALES ARE FINAL...
